At the heart of the Abia International Film Festival (ABIFF) is the celebration of excellence, creativity, and impact in filmmaking. The Prizes & Awards Night is the grand finale — a glamorous red-carpet event where we recognize the very best of local and international cinema, while showcasing Abia’s cultural pride.

🎤 Performing Artists & Presenters Eligibility
To maintain the highest standards of professionalism and excellence, all performing artists and presenters participating in ABIFF must meet the following criteria:
1. Professionalism & Experience
- Established or emerging talents with proven track records (music, comedy, acting, dance, spoken word, media presentation, etc.).
- History of live performance, stage presence, or public presentation is required.
2. Cultural & Ethical Standards
- Performances must respect cultural values and the dignity of Abia State and Nigeria.
- Content that promotes violence, hate, indecency, or negative social behavior is not permitted.
3. Festival Representation
- Artists and presenters are expected to act as ambassadors of ABIFF and participate in promotional activities when required.
4. Collaboration & Diversity
- Preference for artists who embrace cultural diversity, innovation, and collaboration.
- ABIFF encourages inclusion of young talents, women, and underrepresented voices.
5. Commitment & Availability
- Selected performers must commit to scheduled rehearsals, briefings, and the festival calendar. Timeliness and professionalism are mandatory.
